Favorite Tourist Attraction in London:

Kaplan recommends:

London Zoo is not only the world's oldest scientific zoo, it's also a great day out! Where else can you see a giraffe in central London? With late evening openings taking place in the summer months, there's plenty of opportunity to investigate the capital's animal kingdom. Situated on the outskirts of Regent's Park and a short distance from Primrose Hill - one the best viewpoints over the city - it's in a beautifully peaceful part of inner London.

Whitechapel is just a few stops from Covent Garden on The Underground, and is rich in culture, history, art and food. The main attraction for foodies are the Indian restaurants Needo Grill and Tayyabs. All Londoners who eat out know about these two gems of the East End. If you're arrived full then why not try out a Jack the Ripper tour, it may be touristy but it's an eye-opener of the area's history.
