Life@Kaplan: Brisbane School Moves to Exciting New Location

At the very end of 2014 we had some exciting news at Kaplan: Our English school in Brisbane has moved to a brand new location!

Kaplan Brisbane is now in the Spring Hill area of Brisbane, meaning that students are never far from the city’s local shops, cafes and fantastic public transport links. Students can enjoy the Myer Center shopping mall or a ferry along the Brisbane River from Kangaroo Point, both a short distance from Kaplan Brisbane.

The new school building features modern facilities to help enhance our students' learning experience, as well as a student lounge where you can relax and make use of the school’s wifi and computers.

A feature of the school that we are especially delighted with is our two outdoor terraces on the building’s top floor from where our students and staff can enjoy views across the city while on their breaks between classes and study sessions. Everybody at the school has been making the most of Australia's beautiful summer weather out there!

While the school’s location may have changed, what hasn’t changed is the school’s busy social schedule! Our activity timetable takes students on day trips to the beautiful Gold Coast and Lone Pine’s koala sanctuary.

I think it’s a good spot. The train station and a food court are just a five minute walk away.

It’s a beautiful location. I really like the terrace, where you can have lunch or hang out with classmates during breaks.

My Kaplan experience has been such a fantastic moment in my life. It’s helped me to grow up as a person and meet new and exciting people. It’s a really good school in which to learn English.

Every classroom at Kaplan International Brisbane is well equipped and spacious. The student room is really cool and the computer room is really useful.

The people who work here are really lovely and they are always here to help with a smile. The teachers are really nice and they are good at explaining the lessons when we don’t understand something.
