Life@Kaplan: The Kaplan Experience Kayak Tours

Kaplan has schools located in some of the world’s most famous cities. While there are lots of landmarks and attractions in each of these cities, when students and schools share their Kaplan Experience with us, the main attraction in each city that draws them in more than anything else is the river.

Rivers run through many of our Kaplan locations. This year, some schools have started to offer kayak tours along these rivers, which are a novel way for students to explore their new cities.

Our Chicago and Chicago IIT schools offer a unique kayak tours down the main river in the city, the aptly named Chicago River.

Kaplan Toronto offers students the chance to take a kayak trip along Lake Ontario, which is one of the Great Lakes in North America. In the photo below, you can see some of Toronto's most famous landmarks, including the CN Tower.

Our three schools in Boston; Boston, Boston Northeastern and Boston Harvard Square, all offer students the chance to kayak down the Charles River. It is a really popular activity on the social program.

At Kaplan Salisbury, students can take a scenic tour around the city in kayaks.

If you would like to find out more information about Kaplan's social programs, you can ask us here on the blog or visit our Facebook page for more photos from our schools.
